Non-destructive Detection of Chilling-Injured Kiwifruit by a Dual Laser System

Abstract

This study reports the development of a dual laser system for detecting chilling injury in kiwifruit. The system performed well and had an error rate of 0% for separating advanced chill damaged fruit.
