Abstract

High transmittance multicolor metasurface holograms were fabricated using SiN pillars as meta-atom. The phase distribution on the hologram surface was calculated by the iterative Fourier transform method at the design wavelengths of 445 nm, 532 nm, and 633 nm. The fabricated hologram showed successful projection of color image with high brightness and color matching to the target image. The average transmittance calculated by microspectroscopy was 97%, which was much higher than that of previous studies.
