Fast and Accurate Dual-Comb Spectroscopy with Mid-Infrared Quantum Cascade Laser Frequency Combs

Abstract

We present a dual-comb spectrometer combining absolute frequency accuracy (600-kHz), fast acquisition (54-ms), and broadband mid-infrared coverage (40-cm-1) near 1300 cm-1. These unique characteristics are realized by chip-based quantum cascade laser frequency combs.
