Use of spectroscopic imager for the assessment of optical properties and 3-D reconstruction of biological media

Abstract

We introduce an imaging system consisting of a modulated source and a spectroscopic imager. A Carre’s algorithm was used for the reconstruction of the material’s optical properties and 3-D shape.
