Silica nano-waveguides and networks as stretches on segmented organics preformed for sub-wavelength photonics

Abstract

We report original approaches based on nanofluidic mechanisms involving silica nanoparticules that allowed us to design the formation of specific silica nanopatterns or organized networks of silica nanoridges that present sublambda propagation regime
