Optical Scattering of Airy Beam and Gaussian Beam Through Turbid Medium

Abstract

We compared optical scattering of Airy and Gaussian beams, generated simultaneously using a LCD panel, through a turbid medium. The Airy beam had a smaller speckle size due to its self-healing property.
