Development of THz-μTAS for measurement of Trace amount of liquid

Abstract

A terahertz micro total analysis system (THz-μTAS) excited with localized THz waves was developed. The observed shift of resonance frequency indicates the detection sensitivity of several 10 fmol of solute in sub nL of solution.
