Measurement of Loop Gain and Bandwidth in Phase-locked Loop of Mode-locked Laser

Abstract

We demonstrate a technique for measuring the real loop gain and bandwidth of a phase-locking loop for mode-locked laser without breaking its locking state. The agreement of the measurement and theoretical calculation proves the validity.
