A hybrid Si/InP single mode laser with the periodic micro-structure on InP ridge waveguide

We demonstrate a hybrid Si/InP laser with micro-structure on the InP waveguide. The laser power output from silicon waveguide is 1.13 mW, and the threshold is 57 mA at room temperature and continuous wave operation.
