Ultra-Sensitive CO2 Fiber-Optic Sensors Enhanced by Metal-Organic Framework Film

Abstract

We demonstrated an ultra-sensitive near-infrared (NIR) absorption CO2 fiber-optic sensor at 1.57μm wavelength enhanced by metal-organic framework. We achieved 20 ppm detection limit with only 5cm length with 500× NIR enhancement from the MOF film.
