Bandwidth Tunable SOI Add-Drop Filter

Abstract

A new fully reconfigurable integrated add-drop filter is proposed, overcoming the limitations in operational range exhibited by previous designs. It provides a 1.6 nm wavelength tuning range with 0.49 nm to 3.36 nm bandwidth tunability.
