Time Range Extension of Ultrafast Waveform Measurement by Using Optical Frequency Comb Synthesizer/Analyzer

Abstract

Single-shot ultrafast waveform measurement system with time-resolution in femto-second and time-range of 40 pico-second has been developed using 200 GHz optical frequency comb synthesizer and analyzer by means of the proposed time window extension technology.
