Multiplexed Subcellular Lasing in Cancer Tissues for Molecular Diagnostics

Abstract

The first demonstration of multiplexed lasing in human cancerous tissues with subcellular resolution was achieved by using antibodies and nucleic acid probes. Our work represents a critical milestone to implement optofluidic lasers in clinical applications for cancer diagnosis and prognosis.
