Abstract

We describe a hybrid cavity design for enhancing quantum emitters that achieves an unloaded quality factor Q > 1 × 106 and loaded Q of 5.5 × 104 with >75% of the emission coupled to a waveguide mode. The cavity resonance can be spectrally tuned by microelectromechanical actuation.
