Abstract

Novel hollow-core THz waveguides featuring hyperuniform disordered reflectors are proposed, fabricated, and characterized. The results confirm that proposed waveguide exhibit sizable photonic band gaps (20%) even when relatively low refractive index contrast used (resin/air).
