Frequency Conversion of a Quantum Dot Single-Photon Source on a Nanophotonic Chip

Abstract

We report frequency conversion of single photons from a quantum dot using four-wave-mixing Bragg scattering in a Si3N4 microring. We measure an on-chip conversion efficiency >10%, and frequency-converted light that is antibunched with g(2)(0) <0.5.
