Abstract

Peroxides are compounds related to rancidity in oils. A peroxides index sensing setup based on a Mach-Zehnder interferometer is presented. The output power spectrum shift occurs from 1490 to 1580 [nm] with sensitivity of 0.88 [nm/meq/kg].
