Signal Reconstruction in SS-OCT using Compressed Sensing

Abstract

We applied compressed sensing to SS-OCT for the first time. We use dispesion-tuned fiber laser for non-uniform k-space sampling. We achieved the same resolution and smaller noise in PSF with less sampling data.
