Integrated Concentrators for Scalable High-Power Generation from CQD Solar Cells

We present an economical and scalable method to fabricate concentrators using 3D-printed molds and PDMS. The integrated system can deliver Jsc up to 20 times and powers up to 13 times that of a bare solar cell. We have also observed significant increases in Voc, and use our devices to elucidate complicated carrier dynamics and limiting factors in CQD solar cells under high irradiance.
