Experimental Access to the Instantaneous Spectrum of MEMS-Based Swept Source

Abstract

This work presents a novel technique for measuring the spectral response of high-speed swept laser using the convolution between this spectrum and a reference filter. The method is successfully used to characterize MEMS-based swept source.
