Abstract

Dual resonant free-spectral-range RF-optic modulators using ring and feedback waveguide have been first proposed and theoretically analyzed to increase the sensitivity–bandwidth product. The sensitivity–bandwidth products are up to 2.5 times larger than conventional sing ring resonator modulator.
