Abstract

Near infrared photoimmunotherapy (NIR-PIT) is a newly-developed, molecularly-targeted cancer photo-therapy based on antibody-photosensitizer conjugates. By crashing cancer cells combined with immuno-activation, NIR-PIT activates anti-cancer immunity resulted in curing local and distant metastatic cancers without recurrence.
