Abstract

Enlarged color gamut with silicon nanowire arrays is demonstrated both theoretically and experimentally. These structures are comprised of a polymer embedded silicon nanowire arrays (Si NWAs) that are stacked on a metal/insulator/metal (MIM) nanoresonator.
