An Isotropic Lithium Niobate Microring Resonator with a 1.38-nm Wide Continuous Tuning Range using 80 V

Abstract

We present simulation and experimental results for an optical microring resonator in Z-cut thin-film lithium niobate with SiO2 claddings and integrated tuning electrodes. Applying 0 to -80 V, we achieved a 1.38-nm continuous tuning range.
