Mid-IR hollow fiber gas sensor applications in environmental sensing and isotope analysis

Abstract

Gas sensors based on tunable laser absorption spectroscopy with a hollow fiber waveguide as its central gas cell are discussed. Compact sensors enable trace gas and isotope analysis of greenhouse gases in the field.
