Super Agile High Resolution Spectrum Analyzer by Sampled Heterodyne System

Abstract

We demonstrated a sampled heterodyne system that enables wide-bandwidth and high- resolution spectrum measurement with agile scanning despite of using a low-speed DSP. 5-GHz high-bandwidth spectral measurement with 0.006-pm resolution, 0.01-ms scanning speed was achieved.
