Wavelength Conversion Based on Four-Wave Mixing and Coherency Broken Bragg Gratings

Abstract

We carry out wavelength conversion using four-wave mixing and suppress the pump with a coherency broken Bragg grating with >50 dB rejection ratio and 44 dB/nm roll-off in a single c-Si photonic circuit.
