Storage of 147 Temporal Modes of Telecom-band Single Photon with Fiber-pigtailed Er3+: LiNbO3 Waveguide

Abstract

Quantum storage of 147 temporal modes at telecom-band is experimentally demonstrated by using a fiber-pigtailed laser-written Er3+: LiNbO3 waveguide. Memory efficiency of 2.00±0.09 % is achieved with storage time up to 100 ns.
