Nano-Opto-Electro-Mechanical Relaxor Ferroelectrics

Not Accessible

Abstract

We harness the giant electro-mechanical force of relaxor ferroelectrics to fabricate flexible BaTiO3 nanobeams, adjacent to plasmonic metasurfaces. We record reflection modulation of near-infrared light up to 2.936 ±0.008% across the kHz to MHz range.
