High Average Power Four-pass Amplifer Based on Yb:CALYO crystal

Abstract

We report on a four-pass femtosecond amplifier based on a Yb:CALYO crystal. The seed of 2.7 W is amplified to 20.15 W, corresponding to 19% optical-to-optical efficiency. The spectrum and the beam quality maintain well.
