Achieving Stable Ultraviolet Photoelectrochemical Photodetection via TiO2-assisted GaN Nanowires

Abstract

The stability of GaN nanowires-based photoelectrochemical photodetector was significantly improved by coating the nanowires with an ultrathin TiO2 protective layer. Thereby, the device stably operated for over 2000 s with little photocurrent decay.
