SPM-enabled spectral selection in hollow-core fiber

Abstract

We propose and demonstrate that SPM-enabled spectral selection in a Xenon filled hollow-core fiber can produce broadly tunable femtosecond pulses with µJ-level pulse energy— representing one order of magnitude improvement compared with current implementations.
