Photonic supercontinuum as transfer oscillator for optical frequency synthesis

Abstract

we demonstrate frequency transfer effect simultaneously in the supercontinuum process of a mode-locked laser. Together with spectral broadening, the CEO information, is freely transferred to the entire supercontinuum, which opens flexible schemes for frequency synthesis.
