Exciton complexes and quantum electrodynamics of highly-symmetric single-site-controlled InGaAS quantum dot nanocavities

Abstract

We demonstrate high-resolution cryogenic photoluminescence measurements on exciton complexes emitting ≈ 1 µm of a single-site-controlled highly-symmetric quantum dot-nanocavity system. Observed fine spectral features uncover the C3v QD symmetry and cavity quantum electrodynamics.
