A femtosecond laser two-photon polymerization for generation of Mathieu-Gauss beams

Abstract

Ultra-compact Mathieu phase plates were fabricated using femtosecond laser-induced two-photon polymerization. The generated Mathieu-Gauss beam shows good quality and is propagation-invariant up to 800 mm.
