Two-photon Lithography of Microresonators and Their Application in Heavy Metal Ion Sensing

Abstract

We report the fabrication of functionalized microresonator in a single step by using two-photon lithography. Surface-engineered carbon quantum dots have been used as a sensing material in the microresonators, exhibiting affinity towards the heavy metal ion.
