Online Inspection of Microbial with an Opto-Microfluidic Chip

Abstract

One automatic on-line inspection system with the key element of laser opto-micro-chip detection is presented. The optics is optimized for the channel. With physical fingerprints, targeted waterborne microbial can be identified in real-time and label-free manner.
