Abstract

This paper reports the results of laser experiments with active elements manufactured of a Cr3+, Nd3+:LaSc3(BO3)4 (Cr,Nd: LSB) crystal with high Nd concentration 1.3 × 1021 cm-3 and sensitized by 0.5 × 1020 cm-3 Cr ions.
