Abstract

This work presents an alternative to imaging investigation methods for structures with details smaller than the diffraction limit. We describe an optical setup capable of sampling the space and the spatial frequency domain of the target. The spatial information is achieved by monitoring the scanning process, and the frequency data is measured in the far field of the scattered beam.
