Abstract

The study of the Q-switch bleaching during the laser operation of flashlamp pumped Nd-lasers was done both with external probe beam technique and with intracavity beam splitting. The second method was used to determine the influence of the intracavity electromagnetic waves interference on the Q-switch bleaching. The pinhole was used to achieve TEM00 mode operation.
