Abstract

This work concerns ultrashort pulses (< 100 fs) dynamics in a three wave miring process. Infrared generation via parametric amplification is numerically and analytically analysed in a short type 1 BBO crystal (1 mm) [1]. Generally, pulses temporal recovery in sub-picosccond regime, strongly varies along the crystal due to the group velocity mismatch (GVM) between pulses and lo the short pulse duration.
