Abstract

The inhomogeneity of photorefractive properties in electrooptic waveguides doped by special impurities may be substantial even within cross - section of light beams. It may considerably influence characteristics of photorefractive effects [1], including self - actions like spatial soliton formation attracted great attention for last years [2, 3].
