Abstract

Electrical circulation system of the working media of the lasers on rare gas fluoride (RF), molecules F2(D′-A′), atoms (F) and fluorine ions (F+) causes the minimum pollution of working mixtures in operating time of pulse-periodic lasers, is steady against application in agressive media and is characterized by minimum energy consumption.
