Abstract

In recent years there has been an increasing interest in the detection and precise measurements of environmentally important atmospheric trace gases. Applications that require trace gas measurements include industrial, urban and rural emissions monitoring, air quality in confined environments, medical applications, atmospheric chemistry, chemical analysis and process control.
