Abstract

Multichannel laser systems which are designed according to the module principle are the most promising ones for development of the compact laser units. At present, the problems of multichannel laser designs and phaselocking of a number of individual resonators have been examined theoretically and experimentally mainly for continuously wave lasers, [1]. But, the compactness of high power laser device is poor. Besides, the requirements for the increase in output radiation power lead to further increase in the laser overall dimensions directly with the output power magnitude.
