Abstract

The idea to use the holografic gratings, written in the volume of the crystals to control the laser emission for the goals of communication seems to be very attractive. However the use of high efficient photorefractive crystals is very difficult because of the low value of the absorption coefficient in the red and infrared spectrum range.
