Abstract
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) based on low-coherence interferometry has widespread applications in biomedical diagnostics as well as industrial inspections In ordinary OCT a point-by-point scanning is required for image acquisition, which ultimately limits the image acquisition time. In this paper we present a two-dimensional (2-D) heterodyne detection technique for realtime cross-sectional imaging
