Abstract
Ultrahigh focused intensities (> 10 W/cm2) is very important for high field physics studies at the relativistic regime [1]. Up to now, such high intensities can only be achieved with the large scale, low repetition rate lasers. Kilo-Hertz lasers are much more compact and stable titan the low repetition lasers such as the single shot Nd:Glass and 10 Hz Ti:Sapphire lasers, but it is very hard to achieve intensities of this level from the kHz laser due to the small pulse energy. Very small f number optics must be used to focusing the kHz laser pulse, however, the focused intensity is limited by the aberration of the optics and the wavefront distortion of the laser system.
