Abstract

We demonstrate all-solid-state generation of highly frequency-stable, widely tunable, single-frequency cw UV light suitable for high-resolution spectroscopy. Sum-frequency generation of two lasers using a single nonlinear cavity resonant for both fundamental waves is employed.
