Abstract

Ceramics YAG is the new generation of solid state laser material. It is a transparent polycrystalline state without any pore and bubbles. This is one of the achievement of modern ceramic technologies.

In the last decade the solid state lasers made remarkable progress along with laser diode (LD) pumping. Typically there are two kinds of solid state laser materials, crystalline and glass.
